Matilda Partners

Matilda Partners is a real estate firm specializing in commercial and multifamily residential opportunities in Central Iowa. Founded by Andy Beal and Mike Derkenne, our vision has been to create solutions to challenging opportunities to bring life back to underutilized areas of our community.

Andy and Mike both graduated from the University of Newcastle, Australia and started their careers as construction project managers. In addition to Matilda Partners, Mike and Andy also own and manage a general contracting firm, Beal Derkenne Construction. Having their hands in both operations offers a unique perspective when planning and executing new opportunities.
